Dear Friends and Family,

In 2003 I started to think of different ways that I could help Sarah Mairs.  After all, Sarah is my Niece and God Daughter.  As you can imagine with any family, we have all been trying to think of ways to help her with her affliction.  First, we educated ourselves about JRA (Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis) and then thought of ways to help the cause.  With the huge amount of calls, e-mails, and prayers that were coming from all angles, we decided to capture some of the energy and create a non-profit organization.  Thus The Whisper Foundation, Inc. was created in January 2003.

Since we have been incorporated, we have held several different events to celebrate our cause.  Along the way, we have learned many lessons and have made many new friends.  We continue our cause, but have streamlined our endeavors.  Sarah continues to be the rock and backbone of The Whisper Foundation, Inc.  We appreciate all of the support and are looking forward to our current and future events.
